"An Unforgettable Stay with World-Class Service! I had a absolutely phenomenal stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta. From the moment I arrived, I was completely overwhelmed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible attention to detail from the staff. During my stay, the team actually recognized me from a previous visit. Being remembered and welcomed back so warmly made me feel valued not just as a guest, but as an individual. The...

"Great location and very helpful staff."

"friendly staff and helpful"

"Beautiful hotel. I had a sea view room (which I highly recommend) overlooking the main outdoor pool, with the sea behind it. From the moment I entered the hotel, service was impeccable and friendly. The suite itself was really, really beautiful. Normally I don't bother unpacking my bags too much at a new hotel because either there is not enough room to put things or it doesn't feel homey, but the first thing I did here was unpack everything and put it away. The hotel was so nice I didn't leave...

"Hotel staff very helpful, not everything is open yet, rooftop bar / pool/ restaurant was not finished. Breakfast was very busy, didn’t appear to have enough staff / space for all the guests at busy times, but the staff that were there were doing their upmost to accommodate."

"Nice located in the party area but not too noise. Roof top bar and terrace are nice"

"Staff were amazing and so friendly. Facilities and location brilliant! Great breakfast too."

"Room was clean, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Swimming pool was great with very attentive staff There was a constant damp/sewer smell in the main lobby and also in our room. Shower head was spraying water in all directions and when the shower was on the bathroom smelt of the same damp/ sewerage smell. Asked booking in receptionist if we could be booked in near the party we were travelling with and were given a room at the opposite end of the hotel without even telling us there...

"Very clean but the staff is what really makes this stay perfect. They were very friendly and helpful even after a small issue transpired with the initial room issued. The location is utter perfection. You are close by everything and it feels very safe. 10/10 experience."
