"This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. Concierge, while a lovely person, gave a few recommendations that were "duds." "Superlocatie, vriendelijk en goed Engels sprekend personeel bij de receptie. Waren met de auto, deze kon in een zijstraat aan de overkant geparkeerd worden en werd later door een medewerker geparkeerd in eigen garage onder het Hotel. We verbleven 4 nachten, absolute aanrader op steenworp afstand van strand en boulevard en een leuke wandeling langs de boulevard naar hartje centrum. Wij komen zeker terug!"

"Definitely a pensioner room, comfortable room, and A/C which is KEY in the summer! Very very clean, and super convenient to Old Town. Located on a very busy corner but windows very effective in keeping noise down. Would love to try another room with maybe a bigger refrigerator and kitchen/microwave. Had to eat out every time, glad the food was amazing"
