"Pros - this hotel is super affordable and fairly modern and clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. Location is good for getting around and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Large parking lot, but lots of potholes in one entrance and the other entrance is shady without any signage, having to go through a drugstore parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. Cons - So many. The biggest reason for the 3 rating are the beds. You can see in most other reviews. The beds are simple...

"I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!"

"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms definitely need a facelift. Very musty old carpet, my bedroom door was falling off the hinges, tons of patchwork/damage to walls/doors, old furniture. Even just changing furniture and slapping some cheap flooring down would be a huge help.
