"The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. "

"The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely rustic atmosphere. The amenities were good, and the staff was very friendly and spoke great English. The private hot spring was easy to book a time slot for, and was very relaxing. "スタッフの皆さんがとても親切丁寧で、お部屋もキレイにされており、料理も美味しく満足する旅行となりました。またぜひ泊まりたい、そう思える旅館です。お部屋が山側で景色は楽しめませんでしたが、まるで森林の中で泊まっているようで落ち着いた居心地の良い空間でした。ただその分、夏場はどうしても羽蟻などの虫が光に集まってきやすいので、虫除け機も棚にあったので利用されることをお勧めします。"
