Ce "grand" hôtel n'a de grand que la publicité mensongère qui l'accompagne : dans les faits, on découvre des lieux chaotiques, dignes d'une maison hantée plutôt que d'un établissement hôtelier en activité. L'accueil, assuré principalement par le personnel féminin à la réception, a été désagréable du début à la fin. "Very nice and perfectly located property for exploring Sanremo. Clean, spacious, and modern rooms with air conditioning. Great amenities provided in room during the stay. Rooftop lounge/bar area was lovely for a sunset beverage. Breakfast buffet had tasty and substantial offerings for a reasonable price. The valet parking is a definite plus point. We would absolutely stay at this property again!"

"The panoramic views of the hills and ocean were STUNNING! The building is a tad hidden and you must go up the elevator to reach reception, but it's well located near the historic old town to explore La Pigna which is a must-do. The room was amazing, very large like a condo, with separate huge bathroom a spacious terrace overlooking the city. Breakfast was comprehensive and very good."
