"The rooms are large and well equiped. The shower was excellent with an excellent flow. Breakfast was excellent and a bit beyond the ordinary food with real plates, cups, and bowls and some excellent breakfast sandwiches to pick from. a good location right off of the freeway and close to downtown."

"The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpul. This is a basic room. Zero frills, but for the price it is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I did see long hairs stuck to the shower walls and some light blood splatter near the bathroom door jam. Kinda gross. But, I stayed just one night and the hotel did its job. It is a gated area so I felt pretty safe."

"This was a first stay at this Fairfield in about five years. It remains a pretty good low-cost place to stay for a night or two. The breakfast isn't quite as good as we remembered it, and the $10 per day they now charge for parking was off putting. Beyond that, the biggest downside to this location are the frequent freight train horn blasts throughout the night they can nothing about but nevertheless impact the quality of sleep."
