"Came out of parking and up to an entrance with automatic door that said "Out of Order - Use main entrance", But there was no arrow indicating which way to go to find it. Simply adding and arrow would have made it unnecessary for me to hunt while carrying all of my luggage."

"Rooms need extra cleaning. The staff is nice and friendly but overall the rooms need more detail to cleaning. "

"Airport shuttle was great, pool was out of order, surrounding area dismal, stay away from rooms facing McDonalds, you’ll hear the drive through. Breakfast was just ok, prepackaged snacks"

"I checked in late so I didn't get to fully enjoy the space. The decor and comfort are great. Bed is super and so was the service both times I engaged with the front desk. Has full bar. Good location, walkable to restaurants and cafes. Note that parking is off-site next door in a public parking garage. It's busy during the day but the not at night. "

"I stayed two nights in April 2026. The staff were very nice and helpful. My original room was next to someone banging on a door, yelling and smoking a cigarette in the hall. Changed room and floor. Next room was very nice with two bedrooms and kitchette. Unfortunately the building while very nice in appearance, was constructed with thin walls and floors.i was awakened every time the person above me walked or moved a chair. So overall, it’s a nice place for the price and I’ll use them again if I need to, but I’m booking a top floor room next time."

"Our air conditioning was not reliable and kept shutting down giving an error message. We reported it but nothing ever done to fix it. On the positive side it was very convenient to the hospital which was huge"

"Parking was easy, location perfect, house was gorgeous and our stay was perfect for our birthday trip. Staff was quick and friendly, felt welcomed. On our list to stay at again if staying in the Sacramento area."
