"There is huge issue of being able to get in to check in. There are cars backed up into traffic. Their answer was that they would need to get permits from two states to get the work done. You have the space. Get the permits.
There are too many surprise extra charges. You can only valet park and they charge $50 to valet park and $50 for the hotel fee which doesn’t give you much. The bar in the front was closed and we didn’t dare leave the property to go to dinner because we may not get back in...

"The desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was great. We stayed three nights. Our room was never attended by housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk and request clean towels, toilet paper and tissues. When l asked what to do with overflowing trash baskets, l was told to leave the trash by the door. It sat there for two days. For our entire stay there was the same trash (empty plastic bags and paper cups) Kay at the base of the stairs."

"Noise from the road makes it impossible to sleep, I needed earplugs. The matress is old and uncomfortable, the pillows are also bad. No A/C, the portable fan just pushes hot air around on hot days. Shower head was the height of my chin (I’m 5’6), tub didn’t drain water and our room had no hair dryer. No staff on site, I called their number 5 times on different days and no one picked up. Horrible place, will never stay again."
