"The Ambassador Hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and professional! The hotel is in a lovely locations, the rooms are all unique and have lovely views, comfortable beds, and luxury bedding. The restaurant is top notch!!!"

"We really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. It was stocked with fresh milk a glass bottles of ice water. There was a large selection of teas and instant coffee. We had a huge room with a king bed. Our early morning tour departures prevented us from partaking of the breakfast. We enjoyed the yummy biscuits that were with the tea things. The location made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. There are many excellent restaurants nearby."

"It's was central but desperately needed updating the mirror in our bathroom had been removed and not replaced. It looked very tired."

"The room had a strongly chemical odor. An alternative room I was cheerfully offered had a radiator with a roaring, noisy vibration. Our toilet seat was broken. The beds both sagged about 8 inches in the lower back area. The unusual shower controls did not work and the water was either icy or scalding hot, nothing in between."
