"The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved that it was close to the station where you can go pretty much everywhere. I ate breakfast once in the hotel, it was ok but you have so many other options around. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from. I would definitely stay again. "

"This hotel and staff are exceptional. Arrive to check in and there are multiple staff to help. There is a cart with cleansers, hair brushes, shavers etc if you have forgotten anything. Check in is smooth, room is clean, quiet and spacious. Family Mart and Lawson right across the road, 5 minute walk to Osaka Station and the Metro. On check out, they have a luggage delivery service to the next hotel which I would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. "
