"The staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Their ‘no late check-in’ was a godsend due to our flights being canceled/redirected or delayed to Narita Airport instead Kansai International Airport. I was easily able to communicate with them through the Expedia mobile app to confirm their check-in time. 2 travelers, 4 nights, 2 bed (corner) on the 4th floor. Nice view of small local houses and tall commercial buildings in the distance. One con is that there are only 2 washer/dryer sets. If you happen to be staying during a busy holiday or with a large group for multiple nights, they may be inaccessible for a time. Thankfully, they were available from 12:00pm to 23:00. Be sure to get 100JPY coins and detergent (if you don’t have any) beforehand or from the front desk. Our bathroom had a shower/tub, sink and toilet. The shower was plenty tall for anyone close to or just over 6’ or 183cm. The hot water is HOT. Their breakfast foods were delicious and the staff very nice. The espresso was amazing. 10/10, would stay again. "

"We had a really nice stay, grocery, convenience store, train station, food choices all within 1 to 2 min walk and larger grocery a few min away. Never saw any staff but place was clean and organized. Beds were nice, lots of hot water for 5 of us. Yes family friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Littl tough to find at first be easy after. Blue circular sign with the name on it, look for this. Think they have pictures of it. Communication is a bit slow, dont expect answers right away. Great place."

"Strict policies on cancellation even after calling 5 min after my error was a total let down. Was booking Toyoko Inn Nara Oji-eki Minami-guchi, but by error booked Toyoko Inn Higashi Osaka. Called 5 min after noticing error and requested to cancel or adjust to the preferred one. Only to be told I have to pay ¥9,537 for cancellation. Poor listening and customer service. Nonetheless the rest was ok. "
