"The hotel itself was pretty amazing (once you find the entrance), with massive clean rooms and good food, with hot spring water directly in the rooms. The thing to understand is that it is in the middle of nowhere (industrial area), with no restaurants around it. It is also a 15-20 min walk from the station and then 20 mins to Nagoya. Or alternatively a taxi for about 9,000-11,000 Yen. Best way is a taxi (GO app) to the station, then train to Nagoya for relative ease and not too expensive. Also, if there is an English version of the TV-Screen ordering system for room service, we couldn’t find it. Quite extensive menu though and we worked it out mainly by picture but hard if you are picky as you don’t quite know what’s coming sometimes. That said, the food was much better than expected. We used it as a base for the family (2 kids, 11 & 8), going to Legoland and Ghibli Park and a daytrip to Kyoto. As the room was absolutely huge it gave a great respite from days of walking and for the price it was incredible. Add the taxis and less so but in the end we were pretty blown away with the value for money."

"Super convenient location, only one minutes from Kanayama station which directly connected to 2 major trains (JR and Meitetsu) and subway. Room was clean and good size but occasionally smelled sewer from the bathtub drain. We stayed about 10 nights, breakfast was almost the same everyday and got really tired of it soon. Luckily couple of convenient stores and many restaurants are nearby and we used them to get meals and snacks. Laundromat and AEON are within 5 minutes walk."

"The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful! I shipped my luggage here from a different hotel without issue, and check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was tasty and they provided a lot of options. I also like how this hotel is directly connected to the sky bridge leading to the airport. The room I was in was a bit odd. I think it was set up for two beds but they took one away along with the dresser or armoire that may have been beside it. So there was a lot of empty space. I also only got one flat pillow and needed to use clothes/towels for extra support. Finally, this could be because I was next to the floor's washing machine, but the shower temperature kept fluctuating drastically. It would be normal one second (as I adjusted it) and the next it would be super cold or super hot, then back to normal again. So room placement might make a difference if that's something you care about. Otherwise, this is the perfect hotel to spend a quick stay."

"Very nice place. No worries and fuss. I'll always use this if I have early morning departure or late night arrival to this air port. It's super close to the entrance so low stress. "

"Arrived in the evening for check-in; staff was very kind and attentive, knowing enough English to help English speaking guests. The room itself had some wear and tear, but overall was clean. The onsen bathhouse was simple, but very nice and relaxing. Right across from the train staton, which is really convenient. "
