Despite being so central the windows kept out much of the noise from the street below and there was not a sound from other rooms."

"Very good location! 20 feets from the cavern street with all the entertainement but as a result, very noisy at night. We bought some ear plugs and everything were perfect. There was a probleme with the email giving us the code to enter but when we called the organization, everything was resolved in seconds."

However, the team never response the online communication, both through hotels.com or their online booking system. There are options to choose free baby pavkage but never honored. No reply on car parking request as well, you have to phone the team directly on the day. "

"Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the...

"What a place , situated in the centre of Liverpool with all amenities at hand. The place itself is stunning with 2 large bedrooms 1 with en-suite , lovely living area and kitchen. Would highly recommend this apartment if visiting Liverpool 👍👍"

"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "

"Excellent location, and extremely quiet despite being in a busy, loud area. Nice big space, very comfortable beds. Only problem is that the AC only cools the main room, so the bedrooms can get too warm."
