"dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken"

"Really great staff, brilliant location near the station, within walking distance to everywhere and lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's not obvious in the amenities, but our kitchen had a disherwasher, a very large fridge and freezer box and a dishwasher (with tablets supplied!), plus a Nespresso machine (I would have taken pods if I had known). "Lovely accommodation set In beautiful gardens. Surrounded by a golf course with wild sheep roaming. Couldn’t ask for a better well equipped accommodation. Easy access to the A55 to explore north wales. The owner is very friendly and obliging without being to obtrusive. Without a doubt I would book to come and stay here again. 10 out of 10. "
