"We booked a transfer which although confirmed did not arrive, we took a private taxi and when we got to the hotel they said that they hasn’t received our booking - we were put in a private apartment a 20 minute walk from the hotel. This was not ideal as we had our booking confirmed on hotels.com. ..."

"Staff were fine. Had food poising from the hotel restaurant. Room initially put in was absolutely disgusting with flood from leaking water from toilet pipe and door handles broken and even the main door not closing properly.! Did raise this with reception staff but felt like they were disinterested. ..."
