Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal."

"The staff members were nice, however after sleeping on flat pillows and hard bedding, we woke up to a huge roach in the floor. Had another small one come out from hiding while in the shower. We went to get to advertised breakfast and they had no hot food at all. Everything was kept behind the counter. The orange juice and yogurt was hot and the banana was bruised. Definitely not the 8 out 10 hotel that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here."

"I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken."

"The king suite was nice and large. The room was quiet as well. Room did need to be vacuumed near bed as some residual somethings of notable size were stepped upon. Other than that, a good stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking is plentiful. Staff were pleasant to work with."
