"The only positive part of my stay was the nice gentleman who checked me in. OTHERWISE, avoid this property at all costs, especially if you have an early morning or important event the next day. The hotel itself is completely outdated and run-down. Im addition, the late night concert at the venue across the street was also so loud, with lots of yelling and constant sirens. "Amazing pools and property!! The buffet breakfast was delicious and the food we ordered pool side impressed us too. Our room was a bit dated, with the carpet rippled up in one spot and the overall appearance a little shabby. But the rest of the property was beautiful and such a pleasure to explore!"

"First of all you have to pay to park $25 a day in their parking garage. The elevators took forever. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper, and there were still used pool towels hanging up from the previous person. "From check in to check out, all of the staff were very kind friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not take advantage of all of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
My only suggestion, when the time comes to remodel the bathrooms, put in chair height toilets."

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"A clean, cute hotel with fun small touches like a candy jar and free drink tokens when you check in. The rooms are small but had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Be aware that the hotel is next to a light rail stop, but the room's AC fan kept us cool and muted the train noises."

"It’s important to note this property does not have a pool and our room did not have a tub. This was an error on my part and didn’t affect my review, because it was my mistake.
The rooms are spacious but had areas of damage in multiple places. The door was chipped on both sides, there were broken parts on both night stands and the bathroom door would swing. One of the beds was sagging in the middle and sounded like it was going to break in half every time you rolled over.
