The location is excellent and being directly connected to Tachikawa Station makes it extremely convenient for travel, shopping, and dining. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, and well organized. Even though it’s near the station, it felt peaceful at night and I was able to rest well. The staff were professional and efficient during check-in and check-out, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, this hotel offers great convenience and solid comfort at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Tachikawa area."

"The Hollywood Twin room was clean, but a little too small for two people to comfortably live and get dressed. Lots of squeezing past one another in the mornings. Unfortunately, the mattress was super hard and firm. Very uncomfortable for any non-Japanese sleepers. The breakfast was good with a few Western selections. I would stay at the hotel again, but select a much larger room if needing to book for two people."

"Even though I booked online, there was some confusion over my reservation and I was asked to provider details on a hotel tablet the I had already provided when I made the reservation. Soon after checkin my friend joined me for a small afternoon snack We had two draught beers, shared one bottle of beer and a small dish of banya kouda. The price was absolutely ridiculous at over 10,000 yen. The breakfast at 1,500 yen was both reasonable and delicious"
