"I arrived the unit late at 10.30pm, the key was placed in the mail room. I had taken it and follow instruction to park at level 6 at designated parking lot. However the key access to higher level was not working. Called no one respond. Taking risk to park at lower level, get in room fist. Saw a few coacroach on bed and table! Next day check out still not pick up my call, terrible management!"

All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. "Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."
