"This was one of the best quality spaces for the price I have ever had. Excellent size. The staff was amazing. Shot out to m.j. The room was ready and they accepted us early. pool hours are 24/7! "This was my second time staying here. The ocean front rooms are way nicer and more modern than the other rooms. The owner is the same as the Diria next door, where you’ll be having your breakfast. Listen, for the price, just stay at the Diria, you’ll be spending maybe 80 bucks more and it’s got all the amenities you’ll need like pools, bars, restaurants, etc. The Perla is nice and low key, but too expensive for just offering oceanfront and free breakfast. "We had our own private oasis. It was nice after a red eye flight to have a quiet calm intimate place to relax. Virginia and her dog made our entire time so special. The minor note was the rooms were hot. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the hot heat. Drinks were good! Food was good. Views were amazing."

"The resort was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Food was delicious. Pools with swim-up bars were the best. We saw monkeys in the trees and iguanas swimming in the pool. We were there in April so no crowding. The balcony overlooking the pool was great.
At check-in the desk clerk was very short and impolite.
Ice machine for our section of the resort (across the street from the beach and restaurant) was out, making it inconvenient. The AC (mini split) only cooled the area...

"This property needs to be taken off the Internet. It just has too many issues. No wifi, bugs, and no staff 24 hour help. The property needs a makeover. Rooms dated and need paint to clean linens with no stains. Shower curtains are old and touch you while showering. The cafe that is advertised is never opened. The wifi is terrible sometimes it's on and most of the time is not working. No place to hang wet items. It's just not fair to have a place listed you pay for and holas tons of cockroaches...
