"After the first night, housekeeping only replenished the towels and emptied the bins, but did not make up the beds. On the second day, the situation was even worse — nothing was done at all, despite the ‘Please clean up’ sign being hung on the door.

しかしトイレにウォシュレットがないことと、シャワーヘッドが壊れていたので違 うところからも水が出ていたことが少しだけ残念でした。部屋着も置いていないのでパジャマ持参するのが良いと思います。日頃の忙しい日々に追われ心のゆとりがなかったので自分を見つめ直すには良い時の流れを感じました。ビジネホテル感覚だと思います。"

You are allowed to visit the adjacent convenience store and the public bath in the provided lounge wear. We had Agu pork Shabu Shabu for dinner and it was fantastic.
