"They had so many staff working in all areas of the resort to provide cleanliness, grounds maintenance, entertainment for adults and kids, service at restaurants and bars. It was a great location, lots to do, tons of activities for kids, especially in the Family Selection area. The pools were great. Lots of chairs at pool and beach. The beach was great, however, as the winds increased over our stay the seaweed started coming in. Again they had staff working hard to clear it, but it was getting unmanageable. I don’t think they could do more than they already were in dealing with that. Overall it was a great experience! Food was great! "

"We had such a great experience staying here. One of the best resorts we’ve stayed at (we’ve stayed at quite a lot). The food was great, the beach was beautiful and well kept, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The whole place had a really relaxing vibe and everything was very well organized. A restaurant that stuck out to us was the hibachi restaurant ! Such a cool experience with delicious food we highly recommend everyone try to have a dinner there. There’s also a paint your own pottery (a little expensive) but well worth it! Such a fun activity to do and something to bring home that you made yourself! “Strikers” is a 24 hour bar spot that has pool, bowling, arcade games and mini put. Some of it was pricey but again it’s worth the fun in our opinion It was one of those trips where we have no complaints! Definitely a 5/5 stay and we’d absolutely return. "

"Everything was great, but more activities would be nice. Lots of wildlife (the coatis are so cute!), and the food was pretty good. Overall, we had a very good experience."

"The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that. "

"Property was beautiful, but it is not walkable; the main restaurants, amenities, and pools were in the main lobby which was about a mile or more away from the building we were in. The property did have a shuttle and golf cart service that was available 24/7. My biggest complaint is after drinking Ice water using ice from the machine, I was riddled with Travelers Diarrhea. "

"We had an amazing stay at UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible and the resort itself is absolutely beautiful. He made everything effortless from helping with reservations to checking in and making sure we always had what we needed. His attention to detail really elevated our experience. Also, Eugenio at the pool deserves special recognition! He was the best pool butler always friendly, attentive, and making sure drinks were full and everyone was having a great time. He brought such positive energy to the pool area every day. The staff truly make this resort special. We left feeling relaxed, taken care of, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend UNICO Riviera Maya if you’re looking for great service, great food, and a beautiful place to unwind!"
