"Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. "

"Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city,like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on...

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."

"We loved our stay at Villa Pescadores! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!"

"Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area.
