"The place was clean, spacious and beautiful. The unit we were given was a basement unit, my 80 year old father doesn’t do stairs well so I had asked when booking if we could be put on the first floor, going up and down the stairs was not ideal for him. The people above us were extremely loud and noisy til way after quiet hours. The beds were pretty comfortable but the mattress in the master bedroom was lopsided and the pillows were somewhat flat and lumpy."

"This area was very comfortable. The location was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was nice and the pickle ball courts were an awesome addition to entertainment while still very relaxing. "The rooms were spotless and the space in each room was more than enough. The balcony view into the city of great and you did not have far to travel into the city"

Hotels.com would be better served if they actually forwarded communications or contact info from the hosts. The hosts were very helpful, but they had no way to give us the entry codes until we called them directly. This contradicts hotels.com...
