"Perfect place to stay in the Old Quarter!. Everything was excellent here! Room was nice and very quiet for Old Quarter! Staff was the best by far in any place I stayed in Vietnam and I traveled all over for a month! They arranged everything for my stay through WhatsApp. Breakfast was awesome! Location is the best for Hanoi! Great for solo or couples! I stayed in a couple places in Hanoi and I would absolutely choose this place over any other for my next stay with no hesitation! Can't say enough good things about The Oriental Jade Hotel! Best choice!"

"Beautiful hotel in Hanoi!! The hotel has only been open for 7 months and of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Hanoi it was definitely the best! As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place smells devine! The hotel manager Rose was lovely and took the time to talk to us whenever we saw her. We had a Metropole Suite room with a balcony which was fabulous! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice & very attentive service and all the staff came out of the hotel to wave us off which was lovely 😍"

"They really looked after us. All the staff put in a huge effort to welcome you and look after every detail. Everyone at the deal speaks great English an nothingis too much trouble. We chat easily about Vietnamese life, family differences to Australian culture, elocution lessons for speaking the lingo, we find out the word for joke, as there is so much laughter abounding in the contagious hospitality we have experienced over our 3 day stay here, how can we not return next year, we ask ourselves.?"

"We spent a great deal of time researching hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and with so many options, it felt like a stressful decision. Ultimately, we chose L’Hotel du Lac based on its strong reviews and excellent location and we couldn’t have been happier with that choice. The staff (a special shoutout to Jolie) were exceptional, the rooms were comfortable and impressively quiet, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. Our trip to Vietnam lasted two weeks, beginning in Hanoi with a stay at L’Hotel du Lac. When we returned to Hanoi at the end of our trip, we had booked a different hotel to experience another part of the city. However, we quickly regretted that decision and spent much of our time wishing we had returned to L’Hotel du Lac instead. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again."
