"This was a one night stop while travelling from Manado to Bali. We arrived at terminal 3 and the directions to the hotel were good but because they are renovating the terminal we had to go outside and come back in at the far end to go up the lift to the hotel (which confused us a bit). Terrible quality, overpriced food and alcohol/drinks. I ate a “homemade “ burger that was frankly worse than a Macdonalds, and several times the price. Rooms nothing special, staff not interested in their jobs.
