We did our reservation on line and what surprise when we arrived, the receptionist do not have idea on what’s customer courtesy and show appreciation. Never introduce her self, not IID tag or uniform ( we believe she was not an No any other customers "

"The staff were friendly enough. The rooms are in major need of repair. The ceiling popcorn is coming off the door to the bathroom was broken and a mirror was placed over it. The sheets and towels were stained with something brown. Black mold on the shower doors. All the walls needed some paint. Seems they have not painted or updated since the early 90s. The pool is not in working order. The fitness room was not in working order. The complimentary breakfast was cereal and milk. "
