"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

"The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly - restaurant and kids club staff were lovely! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a whole range of delicious food - something for everyone. We had a pool access room which was fantastic - the pool was great, it had a slide for kids and a couple of pool bars that meant it was easy to slide up for cheeky drink every now and again. The beach club (across the road - though you won’t notice it) was great, the pools there were excellent, with the food and drink offerings just as good as the rest of the resort - the Japanese was excellent! Movie night for kids is also held at the beach club and it was a lovely setting for the kids to settle down whilst the parents had a chilled dinner nearby."

"Stayed 14 days.Beach is a few minute walk.Breakfast was okay.Like the coffee machine seem to have issues all the time.It seems like they share the beach area with Conrad and it was not excessable a lot because Conrad had events. Also this beach area is right in the corner and not well maintained."The hotel itself is great and very helpful staff". No ocean view from the hotel."

"We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The family suite was spacious, and they had added a rollaway bed for our third child. Bathrooms were very clean. Balcony with pool and sea view was fabulous - watched the sunrise a few mornings from there. Breakfast buffet was huge, with all the options you could want. The pools were great for everyone: Lots of space to swim and play and our youngest liked the kids pool with slide and bucket. Food at pool bar was delicious and good options for lunch. Kids loved the air hockey and ping pong and the hotel was safe for them to go there and play by themselves. Activities on offer were also fab: The free cycling tour to where the Waterblow is was our favourite! We hired the bikes a few times after that to head to Bali Collection and other places. Also did stone painting and aqua aerobics, great fun. Best of all were the staff though: Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really got to know you to serve you as best as possible! Huge thanks to Surya and Pap from the pool/activity desk for the great time, we loved catching up with them every day! And thanks to the lovely ladies at the breakfast check-in too! We’d def recommend the hotel to anyone going to the area!"
