"I spent 2 nights at the Conrad with my wife, mother in law and 2 other friends. We had 3 rooms and asked for them to be close to each other. The staff were happy to accommodate my request.
Food was good but could have been better in my opinion.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable and well decorated. My only thing I didn't like was there was not enough lighting in the room when the curtains were closed .
Overall the stay was pleasant and covered all my bases."

"I first stayed here 20 years ago when this hotel was Le Meridien. I was in Pune with my daughters whilst my husband was out of town so decided to have a trip down memory lane with them. The hotel is as lovely and grand as ever, the rooms are comfortable with the Indian service you expect from a 5 star. Food on room service, main restaurant and the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Helpful concierge and front of house staff if you need assistance with Uber etc. Lobby area is just gorgeous to sit...

"Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding.
Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee.
My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card...
