"This hotel is a gem staff where exceptionally good food best i have had in a long time, very very clean, if you're on a motorcycle safe parking and a good base for the caingorms. "Your made to feel welcome from tje moment you check in. There's good parking. The room we had (6 in the pub) was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with lovely en -suite shower room. Fresh towels were available daily. The breakfast choice was amazing and very delicious"

"A perfect retreat to reset. Beautiful property, surroundings and interiors. The owners could not be more welcoming, warm and accommodating. A fantastic breakfast & lovely lounge and conservator are highlights. We would return in a heartbeat. "

"We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!"

"A lovely hotel with delicious food and a beautiful, peaceful setting. You should stay here. We stayed in a little stone cottage separate from the hotel an easy 5-minute walk up the hill. It used to be the dog kennels. In fact, the low stone walls topped with iron fencing that served as the two outside pens of the kennel are still there, as are the doggie doors -- tho’ these are firmly closed. "Sehr sauberes und großzügiges Zimmer. Wir sind mit Hund verreist, ist garkein Problem gewesen. Sehr freundliches und Hilfbereites Personal. Frühstück hatten wir erst nicht geplant, allerdings bot man uns mit Hund an einen separaten Tisch in der Lounge frühstücken konnten. Das war echt super, es waren auch andere Hundbesitzee da, alles sehr gut gewesen. Daher haben wir dann auch das Feühstück zusätzlich an beiden Tagen genutzt. "On the plus side: lady orchestrating breakfast was top notch. Downstairs had been redone nicely, parking good and a nice garden area with good games. We had rooms on the top floor which had definitely seen better days. Sash windows didnt open properly or slid down and even in 25 deg heat rooms were unbearable even at midnight. Not an expensive place but you should be able to sleep."

"Bathroom in state od dis repair fire alarm hanging off wall cobwebs on stairs leading to room staff using foyer as office bar overpriced breakfast was cooked well but no toast coffee out of machine. I believe it under new management a lot to sort out woul not go back"

"We loved staying at the Leslie Castle. John & Nicole were great. We came by train and then planned to go by Uber to the Castle and found the one driver was on holiday. John & Nicole were so gracious to come and pick us up. Food was great. Nicole does a history of the castle after dinner each night which was so enjoyable and a tour of the castle. Our room was huge and we loved every minute of it. We walked to the little Hamlet of Leslie and met some of the locals. The weather was great...
