"I loved my stay at SereS! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located (although location was less relevant for me because the tours I booked had direct hotel pickup and drop off). I had a five night stay here, which is quite a while, and I felt at home at SereS - the staff truly make the place and I didn't want to leave. My room was large and gorgeous and clean and the massage therapists are really great - I had several services at the spa over the course of my time at SereS. I want to specially shout out Sari, Mundari, and Trisna at the spa as well as Sunjayar, my room attendant, the staff who always dropped off my dinner when I ordered in-room dining (which was almost daily) and the staff at the restaurant, who knew me by name at some point because I would go for breakfast every morning. Hospitality in Bali is exceptional pretty much everywhere and SereS is no exception - five stars for this resort and its staff, I would totally recommend! Thank you to everyone! "

"As my title states, this place was truly amazing! Accommodations were great, delicious breakfast, restaurants nearby, and close to Ubud center. All this aside, what stood out was the incredible staff. I arranged a surprise floating breakfast and honeymoon room decoration for my wife- they went above and beyond to ensure this was done perfectly. They were always smiling and always extremely helpful in case we needed anything- by far the best/nicest staff we’ve encountered at any hotel :) "

"The only negative aspect that I care to mention is that the room I had on the 2nd floor was not as quiet as expected. I could hear my neighbor next door in the bathroom and my upstairs neighbor walking around. They weren't doing anything crazy so the room could use better spund isolation. "

"I rarely write a review for a property but this one deserves it. We stayed at more expensive Hyatt properties during our one week stay but this one actually made us feel like we were living at our own home. Their hospitality and service was on par with Hyatt Alilas Villas and Andaz Bali, but they went above and beyond when we had to leave the hotel at 4am to catch our flight. They had a breakfast box packaged up in the car ready for our one hour drive to the airport. They also grow their own veggies for the in hotel restaurant and the staff was excited to share the details with us when we stopped in for a bite. I can’t wait to go back
Bonus: it’s only 3 minute walk to the Monkey Forest"

"An amazing room with balcony overlooking the elephants. Fabulous bathroom and loved the elephant chauffeur from our room to dinner. The staff were fantastic, especially with photo and video taking by the elephant feeding area. A very unique experience. Loved it!"
