The staff was very friendly and assisted us at every step of the way including airport taxi. Everything felt luxurious. The people were amazing. It was unfortunate we only stayed a day but I cannot wait to visit again."

"I don’t think the suite was worth the extra money. The sitting room lacked comfort- seemed like they didn’t know what to do with it. Could have been a really comfortably use. Surprised that there is no dressing table. And no mirror in the bedroom. Only by the front door. Unique pros and cons Pro Breakfast. Sit down service is great food great quality. Spa voucher- must go. Was great and well thought out spa. Designated pool is a nice touch - but not the best pool at the hotel Cons Priority...

"I booked a superior supreme view of front pool area. What I received was a room too far from elevators and very confusing to find. The view of pool was a little side pool. This was not what I paid for and no staff responded for my request to change. The property is nice but difficult for an older person to get around."

"Die Musik am Abend war unnötig laut. Bis oben in die Zimmer und bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Wenn dann noch der krach von der Promenade dazu kam. War es unerträglich. Ab 17.30 uhr bis 23.00 Uhr. Warum spielt man im Hotel meistens diese Bumbum Musik. Zumindest leiser und chilliger beim Essen. Ansonsten top Location. Alles sauber und tiptop."

"This really is a little Oasis next to the beach. We had a wonderful view of the palm trees and the beach. The pools were lovely and not busy. The best thing is the food. Breakfast and evening dinner, loads of choice. Entertainment is excellent too. Dukes band did an Abba tribute one night and a Queen tribute another night. The Tina Turner show was also great. Empire vocal group from South Africa were spot on with their Greatest night in pop show. Will be going back for the third time"
