"Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "

"Excellent location in Kuznice. Only couple of minutes from Kasprowy Wierch cable line. We were able to register in the morning and to my surprise informed we could check into the room at 1 pm. The room was very specious, clean, warm, cosy, plenty of closet room. The bed was very comfortable. On site restaurant with delicious traditional food. Breakfast was delicious ( great choice of food) and included in the hotel price. Excellent white coffee. I highly recommend the place. Definitely will...

Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. "I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car.
