"L’arrivo non è stato dei migliori, non trovavano la prenotazione e addirittura mi aveva detto che non collaboravano con hotes, mah! Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così) L’appartamento era grande, così com’è il bagno"

"This is a delightful historic hotel conveniently located near the Poprad-Tatry train station and within walking distance of several other establishments and sites. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is excellent and helpful for everything. We would return here again! "The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. "Auf der Durchreise nach Rumänien habe ich als B&B Stammgast dieses Hotel gewählt. Das Haus ist in einem Einkaufszentrum integriert. Die Zimmer sind B&B typisch eingerichtet, wer in einem dieser Häuser schon übernachtet hat, kennt die Ausstattung. "The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing.
