"The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. "Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient."

Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così) L’appartamento era grande, così com’è il bagno"
