"The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us useful information about walks and transport. The room was compact, and the bathroom a little dated but city was all clean. Even in summer air conditioning was not needed. Free parking and easy walk to restaurants and the train station is 2 minutes walk away. From there you can travel using a day ticket for €7 to any of the stops the High Tatras network. Breakfast was fresh, but quite a lot of meat and egg dishes. Only issue was that we requested...

"lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here"

"Uitzonderlijk goed restaurant. Michelin ster waardig. Fantastische wijnkaart. Bediening professioneel. Zwembad beetje klein en te koud. Bubbelbad te warm. Jammer. Kamer op 3e verdieping veel te klein (325) door schuin dak. Geen plek om je koffer neer te leggen. 1 persoonsbed erg smal. Kamer ook te warm. Airco werkt slecht en raampje dat open kan is veel te klein. Neem een duurdere kamer. Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. Lekkere koffie! Verder heel mooi hotel als je er doorheen loopt....

"We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and...
