"歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、洗濯洗剤、タオルの数も多く、施設内も清潔で、到着時に冷房もかけてくれていた。洗濯機と乾燥機が使えるのはすごくありがたかった。施設周辺の飲食店が夜開店しているところが少なく、結果スーパーやコンビニで調達した。炊飯器を使うことになったがお米の計量カップがなく、おたまで計った。計量カップがあるといいなと思った。駐車場の部屋番号がわかりづらいのか、他の部屋の人が該当駐車場に停めていたりとあったので、地面に表示するか、チェックイン前日の説明に追加するといいと感じた。音漏れはなかったが、上の階の人の足音は響きます。キッチンとキッチン横の収納が独特の臭いがして、それ以外は全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。管理者の方の気遣いが出ている部屋でした。また行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。"

"The property needs a bit of work, especially the kitchen exhaust fan, it was oily and the bath water pressure needs work as well. The sofas needs to be replaced or removed as the wires are pocking. This property is very good if you have a large group or with small children and experience a Japanese House and Culture."

"全体的に汚い箇所が多かったです。・食器の一番上はきれいだが、その下に重なっている食器は洗っていないのが分かるほど汚れていた。・浴室内も手が届くだろう範囲で黒カビだらけ・ベッドルームでは布団をめくると虫の死骸があった価格は抑えられているが、清潔感がなく、安心して休める場所ではなく残念でした。"

"Great location and nicely newly built hotel Reason not 5 star - one of the room ( A ) has infested a lot of black bugs and we had to tell children not go into it and did not use the room at all - the place has strong new construction smell when first entering after opening window for a night it improved "

"Breakfast was nice, it is very close to the train station and there are many nice restaurants nearby. The room is clean and there is also self laundry service. The laundry room is always very crowded though but there are other nearby options and we went there instead. Aeon mall is also nearby! "

"Very much enjoyed this hotel. The lounge area was great with free coffee and tea. The service was pleasant. Everything was very clean. The wifi was very fast. Room was nice, everything felt new. The bidet had a blow dryer as well! The large public bath was great, tip is to grab a bath cloth from the amenities at the front desk to wash easily in the shower area before using the public bath and there is already shampoo and body soap in the shower area. Overall would love to stay again."
