"We had originally planned to stay at another property in Salzburg but we had issues with their cleanliness and fitness to be in hospitality business really so we refused to stay another night. The hotel staff was able to find us accomodations at the 11th hour and went out extra distance to help us out once we explained our predicament (10 pm and without a place to stay). The property is across the street from Salzburg Football (soccer) stadium, a big shopping mall (and even IKEA) and a train...

"Allowed us to check in at 1pm (4 hours early) as our room was ready. Receptionist was very nice. Our stay included a free transport pass which allowed us to use local buses for free over 2 days (for a 1 night stay). Hotel is ideally located across road from railway station. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Lovely, large room and balcony. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. We had a car with us but found we hardly needed it as there is a bus stop and train station very close and the public transport takes you easily to most popular locations. Downside perhaps was that the hotel is on a moderately busy road so some traffic noise."
