"Good stay overall, mini golf, ping pong and tennis. Room was tidy, just one issue with microwave starting, was bit old. Pool was heated, not hot, expected a bit higher for rotorua, recomend a few more degrees to make comfortable on the cold days but fine for exercise."

The carpet feels dirty, and at 12:00 am there’s a lot of noise coming from the bar next door—we can’t sleep. When I called reception, I was told to be patient.
