They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add).
