"First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. "My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. "Lovely suite in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. All communication with the staff was great and the room very well maintained. The WiFi was occasionally a bit patchy and the AC cut off from time to time, but nothing that spoilt the trip. Would highly recommend 😊"
