Fresh orange juice is available if you ask for it. It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of Bologna. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"I really liked the location - it’s central but not too busy. It is on a side street though in the university area so can seem a bit rowdy at times. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful. However I would’ve expected better amenities from a 4 star hotel - there was no ironing facilities and had to ask a few times for shower gel to be replaced. "We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home.
