"AC did not work whole night and when I talk to reception they said maintenance person comes in the morning and they do not have similar another room to accomodate me and my family. I become sick due to not sleeping properly due to AC."

The hotel is located a 10 minute walk to the metro station and from there it is only a 20 minute train into central Milan. "Spacious, clean room with air conditioning. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Easy access to metro to the center of the city to see the sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"There are some positives and negatives. Good space but uncomfortable bed. Great view giant window opens cool atmosphere but the air conditioning system is terrible it doesn't go lower than 72°f-22.2°c. Quiet area but there was ongoing construction at the hotel and no prior notification. That started at 7 a.m. every day loud heavy machinery pounding through the walls. Zero noise insulation. Safe parking area with no charge. Did not know about the ztl which is a limited traffic area that you get...

"The hostel fits the bill for a short stay in Milan. Close to Ca' Granda metro which is on the line to San Siro and easily connected to the city centre lines. Lots of trams nearby as well. The hostel itself is a bit rough around the edges (one lift broken and the other only able to take 3 persons at a time, instantly stopped working as soon a 4th entered and had to use the stairs). However, it is very clean and tidy, air conditioning in the rooms (greatly appreciated when it was 36ºc). Breakfast...

"Hotel staff were extremely professional and offered great customer service. Housekeeping, front desk and bartenders all 5stars. I had to communicate a last minute guest change and the hotel management contacted me and made the change process smooth and painless."
