"We had a great stay. Large apartment. Would have been nice to have a washing machine since there is a laundry space in the apartment. Listing sounded like there was a laundry in the building but there was only a laundry service. Great spot. Would stay again."

"Location is perfect if you don’t mind being in a tourist area but it’s not congested. It’s near great restaurants, entertainment and attractions. The staff is amazing especially the wonderful ladies that clean and handle the amazing breakfast. I stayed in Loft 10 it was a little warm but overall I would stay there again. "I am very disappointed with how my stay was handled. When I arrived, I was told that my family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child under 10) could not stay in the room I had reserved. Instead of simply moving us to the larger room—which was actually available and bigger than the one I originally booked—I was required to pay for and book both rooms. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have just been charged for the larger room instead of being forced to pay for two rooms. To make matters...

"The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe suite with two bedrooms which had a great layout and was incredibly clean. The breakfast and amenities were fabulous. Very walkable location. The hotel is located on the subway so we did feel the building rumble in our rooms. We would definitely stay at this property again."

It took us a minute to find because it’s not a true hotel, it’s more of a glorified Airbnb. For what we needed it for it worked perfectly. Great location, amazing service from Sean, and great little perks. Free beverages, snacks, etc. I do enjoy the little luxuries of a hotel, and the fact that it is more of a glorified Airbnb meant you heard every time people were talking...
