"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. We will find a reason to return...if there were more than 5 stars to give we would give them!"

The hotel is so cozy and charming. Very traditional style and furnishings. The courtyard is lovely - other tourists often appeared and took photos of it. "

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size."

"The staff, both at the front desk and the Restaurant - especially the concierge and the maitre d - make the Hotel Saturnia a place to remember! We stayed 3 nights for our 50th wedding anniversary trip and could not have been treated better! We were so happy that we chose this place! "Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. I will say to pick the type of room you want carefully because we ended up in a room looking into a small alley courtyard with dirty old cleaning equipment stored in there and a bit of an ugly view. We just kept the curtains closed and weren’t in the hotel room much anyways. But for the cost of the room, I definitely expected something a wee bit better. On the upside, it was very quiet!
