"Great location and easy access to the CoEx mall. Convenient store in the basement level was excellent to purchase drinks and snacks. Wish we discovered the annex to all the dining options on our first day. But we had to chance to explore and see what CoEx had to offer. Thank you to the staff for calling the taxi for us. "We had a pretty good stay at Hotel Newv overall. The deluxe family room was spacious for three people plus our big luggages, which made a huge difference in comfort. The AC worked really well & was easy to adjust to our liking. I also appreciated that you can crack the window open a bit, especially helpful when eating in the room & there are screens you can put up, which is a nice touch. Storage is a bit limited though. There aren’t many drawers or bedside tables, so we had to improvise & use the headboard area to place our things. It worked out, but it would’ve been more convenient to have proper storage. One downside was that the lobby/first floor was under construction during our stay, & we weren’t informed ahead of time. It would’ve been nice to get a heads-up. That said, the staff did apologize & provided earplugs for the morning noise, which we appreciated. The bathroom was decent, though the shower door tends to leak a bit of water outside, might just need better sealing. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very kind & pleasant throughout our stay. Overall, not perfect, but still a comfortable & decent place to stay. There is also an airport bus stop that is about a 10min walk. I would come back & stay here again."

"This was my absolute favorite out of five luxury hotels in Korea. Not only was the room comfortable in every way, but the service here was better than at any other hotel. It was like having personal butlers, even at the gym. They just know what you need and they had wonderful personalities. The room (Masters) was huge, with a shelf that fit both of my suitcases. The bathroom was massive, enough to be a small bedroom, and it was all furnished with the most premium brands. Along with the view and thoughtful details like an air purifier, welcome chocolates, and mini bar armoire, you can’t help but unwind here. I also love that they have a bakery for small bites and Michelin level restaurants. My happy medium was the 1914 Lounge. What a great place for quality, flexibility, value, and vibe. The chef knows authentic French cooking. Who else would bother to garnish a simple soup with cauliflower steak crumbles and herb oil and add just the right amount of baguette toast on the side, already buttered for you. The mains are all skillfully cooked with much fresher ingredients than elsewhere. The teas are a must try, with unique blends from a boutique French house. The cocktails are also unique like the one that features Korean melon. The food here is really worth going out of your way to have. I loved my experience here and will be making it a point to come back. The Josun hotels, especially this one, are absolutely worth it!"

"Check in was through kiosk but staff had to home help anyways, so why not just have a check in person? The kiosk to check out also didn’t work, and no staff was present. I ended up dropping the keys in a box that said to drop keys."
