"This inn is WONDERFUL. Christiano's attention to detail, ensuring the stay is perfect in every way, is unparalleled. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, warm, and attentive. They really want their guests to have a perfect stay - and we did. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. We all (the guests that week) wanted to take the bedding and beds with us. Quinta de la Rosa

10/10 Excellent

"Quinta de la Rosa is an amazing place to stay. Everything from the amazing awe-inspiring views, to the helpful, friendly and lovely staff, to the beautiful rooms (we stayed in Amarela 24 and it was gorgeous), to the delicious and highend food and wine, we were blown away. We will stay here again but only longer. The pools are perfect and we felt so relaxed. The winery is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things. We loved it here! Thank you especially to Sophia for her wonderful service at the front desk and with the winery tour."

Casa de São Domingos

10/10 Excellent

"This was the perfect quaint property. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect start of the day. The rooms were perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you needed. The pool was refreshing reprieve at the end of a day of exploring the Douro Valley."

Quinta da Barroca

"Absolutely gorgeous place."

Quinta de Casaldronho Wine Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The property is beautiful. It is remote and a challenging drive but that’s part of the adventure. Wonderful restaurant. Great breakfast and good dinner."

Torel Quinta da Vacaria - Douro Valley

10/10 Excellent

"Great spot to unwind and enjoy the local wine and area."

The Manor House Celeirós

10/10 Excellent

"We were upgraded without asking. The room and grounds were very beautiful. I wouldn't definitely come back."

Vila Gale Douro Vineyards Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The property is stunning!!! The views are indescribable - you have to see for yourself to really experience. Traveled with group of 6 - late 50s, early 60s (good physical shape overall)....I will say that there are TONS of steps to get anywhere and if you are unable to do a lot of steps (I mean TONS) - this is not the property for you. If you are able to do steps you have to see this place! One thing that I'll remember is Eduardo helping us check in saying "this is your home for your stay.....treat it as such and enjoy all that the property offers"......The snack bar is meh. The breakfast buffet more than satisfying...."

Crisol Régua Douro

"The breakfast was amazing and the view over the river was fantastic"

Casa das Lérias
