"We had a quick one night stay here since our return flight was delayed by one day. Nice hotel with a great restaurant and huge breakfast buffet with Japanese and American options. Location was pretty far from the action of Tokyo so not ideal if you want to navigate the city."

"Each room has a little balcony with great views of the harbor. The hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Daiba monorail stop and there are express buses to Haneda and Narita airports. One wing of the hotel is currently closed for renovation, but the work is only done during the day and not disruptive. Superb breakfast buffet with a wide range of Japanese and European choices. Spacious rooms and baths, well equipped and comfortable, housekeeping every day is included. Free wifi for Hilton Honors members."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel JAL City Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated between two train stations, both about a block away, making transportation extremely convenient. There is also a convenience store right inside the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks before bed. The staff were helpful and happy to arrange taxis whenever needed, making travel around the city very easy. My only minor complaints were that breakfast is not offered as a prepaid daily buffet package like many hotels I stay at, and I was surprised that a one hour late checkout came with a 3,000 yen fee (about $21 USD). As someone who travels frequently, that was a first for me. Overall, these were small issues compared to an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily book this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo."

"The room was much smaller than expected. We were offered early check-in for a $40 fee, but were able to get it for free by signing up for the hotel's membership program, which was a nice perk. Unfortunately, there weren't many hotel amenities, and the beds were quite hard. The pillows were also uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were runny, and one of the hot dishes appeared to be canned spaghetti in tomato sauce, which was not very appealing. The one positive was the location, which was convenient for accessing the train to the airport. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."
