"I expected more from Marriott. The airport shuttle was fine, check-in was fine, and the room was fine. The mini-market was unattended, and the scan devices were unstable--it took many attempts. In my room, I wanted to see a map of the hotel, but there was none, and the options on the TV screen led nowhere. I called to ask about wifi, and they said you gotta PAY for wifi, so I skipped the wifi. I called again around 11pm, but got a message that the number was not available (not even a message of...
