"Incredible room with an amazing view. Within 4 minutes of walking are a coffe shop, grocery, souvenirs, a restaurant, and the shuttles to Zion National Park. This was one of the best hotels my family and i have been to and we travel quite a lot."

"The hotel is in the process of a major facelift so the outside is not tip top right now but what they have done including our room, was great! They did a really good job updating and making the property look very chic. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The view of the mountains right outside your hotel room door is amazing! I think once they finish all their updates everything will be even better! I did notice that they did not have a hair dryer in the room and there's not an ice...

"The staff is always amazing and responsive! I It is our annual choice of hotels. Great for kids with the labyrinth which is a very short hike directly behind the hotel. We had to get help for the fridge to work but that was no big deal. We would love it if they added a fire pit for the evening! "

"Our room was very clean and the housekeeping staff was attentive to cleanliness daily. Our room view was great. They were great about us checking in late due to a late flight. We were able to get in our room easily and had a great stay! One thing that I believe was not clearly explained was that we would be charged 10$ a day for parking. "

"The location was top notch, however the staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. I stayed two nights and paid for breakfast for two days but only got a ticket for one day. When I asked for the second day ticket the staff member was almost annoyed. Also, I stumbled over a road side block in the parking lot and cut my toe.
