"Bumbleberry Inn was a wonderful place for my fiancée and I to stay on our anniversary. Right in Springdale with a shuttle stop right out front made things easy. The breakfast deal was great as well. Highly recommend."

"The place itself is amazing, but unfortunately the service really let us down. There wasn’t much friendliness or hospitality, and a big part of the staff came off as rude. What we expected to be a relaxing experience turned out to be the complete opposite. When we arrived, the rules weren’t explained clearly. The girl at reception mentioned that we couldn’t bring drinks into the tent and that we had to consume them in the restaurant area. Later, when we tried to have our drinks at the restaurant, the manager rudely told us the opposite—that we should be drinking them in the tent. It was confusing and honestly stressful, since every staff member told us something different. It’s a shame because we chose this place to celebrate my friend’s birthday and have a great time, but we didn’t really get to enjoy it :( Honestly, when you book a stay, hospitality and service mean everything"

"Included breakfast was good. Nice to have as an option before heading out to hike for the day. Room with the queen and king was a great size for us 3 adults. Staff were all very friendly. We were offered the option to use the pool shower after checkout so we could clean up after a long day in the park before our long drive home. The jacuzzi was great after our dinner. The shower was great. The beds were comfortable. There is a sundry shop with amenities."
